Kong's Lair is the place where Kong resides, and, previously, where his family lived as well. It is the tallest mountain on Skull Island, connected to the ground below by a long, steep staircase.
Not only the home to Kong himself, Kong's family once lived with him as well, only until they all died or were killed by the island's other inhabitants. Terapusmordax infest Kong's lair, cave serpents live in the waters within the cave itself, and juvenile V.rexes live in the midsection of the mountain.
In the video game, rather than a steep, vertical staircase, the stairs leading up to the lair are zigzag, and stop at many points up the mountain, at which Jack must journey into the mountain to find more stairs.

- Jack will be unarmed again and get the Sniper rifle in the box and kill all the Pugbats then get to the lair you will find Ann awake looking at Kong sleeping then Jack and Ann should be escaping and headed to the Venture but they were attacked by a Piranhadon which makes Ann scream then Kong awakes up and Battle the Piranhadons in the lair.
