This individual lived in New York in 1933. On December 25, this man went to see Kong: The Eighth Wonder of the World on Broadway, and sat around in the middle seats. When Jack Driscoll and Preston found out that Kong would be able to break through the chrome-steel chains, they try to usher the people in the audience out of the seats. The man however, believing that Jack was only trying to steal his seat, refused to leave. It is unknown if the man survived when Kong broke through the chains and escaped the theater.
