Andy Serkis (born April 20 1964) is a British actor who portrayed Lumpy and Kong (motion capture and voice) in Peter Jackson's 2005 version of King Kong.
He is also famous for portraying Gollum/Sméagol and Caesar the chimpanzee in The Lord of the Rings, Planet of the Apes franchise and The Hobbit.
